How long does shipping take?

We offer reliable shipping across South Africa:

Order processing: 2-7 business days after payment is received
Delivery time: Depends on your location and the courier service
Tracking: Full tracking provided on all orders

All orders are shipped from Gauteng.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Once the parcel is handed to the courier, the risk transfers to the buyer.

Due to the nature of perfume products and hygiene regulations, we have a strict no returns / no refunds policy. All sales are final.

No refunds will be issued for:

Incorrect order placed by customer

Lost or damaged parcels: If a parcel is lost or damaged by the courier, customers must open a claim directly with the courier service.
