Final sale policy

Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

  • Preference or dislike of a scent profile
  • Incorrect order placed by the customer
  • Allergies or skin reactions
  • Courier delays once the parcel has left our care

If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, the customer must open a claim with the courier service.
